EXCHANGES + RETURNS:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, please email us before returning products at email@example.com and a member of the Luv. customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours to assist you with your return. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date that you received your order. We take care of your return shipping costs. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the item was a gift, we will issue store credit for the return.
EXCHANGING AN ITEM FOR CREDIT:
If you would like to return an item for store credit instead of a refund then please let us know when you email us!
DISCOUNTS + PROMOTIONS:
If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase you will not receive a refund or credit for the value of the discount. Instead, the refund or credit will be applied only to the actual amount paid at time of purchase.
